Exercises for runner's knee
Running can put a lot of load on the knee joint often resulting in knee pain. On common running injury is runner's knee pain also referred to as patellofemoral syndrome. To treat this problem effectively it's important to strengthening the quadriceps muscles. Quadriceps weakness can put more stress on the knee joint and often results in knee injuries.
